Customer Service

Think of CDS' customer service as an extension of your own company. Numerous configurations can be developed to meet your specific needs: shared or dedicated support representatives, specific time availabilities, even toll-free access.

Your Account

At least two (and more, of course, if needed) customer service representatives will be assigned to your account for redundancy; you will know them by name. They are your representative at CDS for all aspects of your product's distribution.

Communications

All CDS customer service representatives can always be reached by phone or email. Additional support methods, such as pager or cellular phone, can be arranged.

Hours of Operation

CDS sites typically have very flexible shipping hours; most operate with three shifts around-the-clock and ship six or seven days a week. Customer service is always available in dock areas during shipping hours to assist with shipping issues. For specific site hours, please reference the site pages available from the main location page.

Carriers and Consignees

CDS Customer Service will work with carriers and consignees to assure that orders are transported and arrive in a timely and expected fashion.
